Installations
We help you with the installation of a wide range of essential items for your property, including alarm systems, telephone and internet services, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, wardrobes, gates, fences, and much more, ensuring a comprehensive service tailored to meet your needs.
Refurbishments, renovations and repairs
Depending on specific requirements of your project we engage the right professionals, such as building companies for construction, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. Establishing clear communication with these specialists ensures that the work is completed efficiently and to the desired standards, while also coordinating with suppliers for necessary materials.
Design and Decoration
Internal and external designs, distributions of living spaces, facilitating the procurement of furniture by sourcing locally or ordering online, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of any environment.
Cleaning and Gardening
We provide cleaning and gardening services, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your stay without the hassle of maintenance tasks. More about cleaning here
To make the whole process transparent, easy and to save our clients' money, we will contact 2-3 different suppliers and compare budgets. We let our customers decide which one to choose and give us “OK” for moving forward with the work. Then we install, repair or refurbish. Our customers will stay informed throughout the whole process, choosing materials, designs and colours.

Our Prices:
- We usually charge 10-20% of the total cost of work and material. For example, if you want to install an IKEA kitchen, we will charge you 20% as the price of it is low, and it requires various visits to IKEA and to your home. If you install a higher-priced kitchen, we will charge 10%.
- In the case of alarms, internet and other low-cost installations - we charge € 50 per visit, which includes up to 1 hour stay on your property. If we need to stay longer - € 10 euros for each extra hour.
-Prices of cleaning and gardening work are calculated individually, depending on the size of the property and type of work. We charge around € 15/hour for cleaning. The price includes all cleaning equipment and chemicals. Order cleaning here
Pls note we are an intermediate company between suppliers and the client, we charge our commissions and the client pays directly to the supplier. Unless otherwise agreed.
