Key Holding Service
Your keys will be stored in secure, 24h surveillance space. All your personal information including address of your property will be kept confidential. Keys will be handed over only to authorised person after a written request from the owner.
Our fees:
1 year contract - € 299
6 months contract - € 199
1 month contract - € 49
All contracts include:
1. One month visit and detailed check of your property. We will visually check all pipes and electrics. Check list with comments in case of any problems and photo report will be sent to your email or other messenger.
2. Once a month FREE key delivery to any area of the island
3. Free pick up of the keys with up to 1hr notice in the area of Santa Cruz (from 08.00 -22.00)
4. Emptying mailbox and redirecting if needed (owner pays for the postage).
5. We will be your emergency contact in case if alarm goes off.
*Night times deliveries or pick ups, extra visits, extra deliveries are available for additional charge.

Since the contract is signed and keys are handed over - we are taking care of your property when you are away.
