Hi, I’m Irina, founder of Tenerife Key Holder, a local property care and key holding service in Tenerife.

I work mainly with non-resident homeowners and second-home owners who spend part of the year away from Tenerife and need someone local they can trust to look after their property.

Owning a home in Tenerife while you’re away can make even a small issue difficult to manage. A leak, an alarm notification, a technician needing access or a repair that needs organising often requires someone to be physically present at the property.

That’s where I come in.

Tenerife Key Holder provides secure key holding, regular property inspections, photo reports, home preparation, maintenance coordination, emergency assistance and contractor supervision.

My role is to be your trusted local point of contact in Tenerife — someone who knows your property, has access when needed and can be there when you can’t.

Over the years, I’ve built a trusted network of builders, technicians and local professionals, allowing me to coordinate everything from routine property visits and repairs to home improvement and renovation projects.

You’ll always communicate directly with me, and after every scheduled inspection you’ll receive a photo report so you know exactly what is happening at your property.
