I created Tenerife Key holder because I understand the challenges of owning a property abroad. When you're away, even a small issue can become stressful. Finding someone reliable to check your property, coordinate repairs or simply be there when you need them isn't always easy.

That's where I come in.

Based in Tenerife, I help overseas homeowners look after their properties with secure key holding, regular inspections, maintenance coordination and emergency assistance. My goal is to become your trusted local representative—someone you can rely on whenever your property needs attention.

Over the years, I've built a trusted team of builders and local professionals, allowing me to manage everything from routine property visits to home improvement projects.
